Terms and Conditions

  1. Condition of items:
    • New: Straight from the box or bag into storage. Perfect for those who want pristine parts. New minifigures come unassembled.
    • Used: Items are in gently used condition unless otherwise noted. Playwear in the form of light scratching, small edge chips and slight fading may be present. Stickers may not have perfect placement. We do our best to only sell parts we ourselves would like to receive when buying used parts. Used items and sets do not come with original packaging unless otherwise stated. All used minifigures come assembled.
  2. Shipping Policy: Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of placement. We will only ship to the address associated with the order.
  3. Customer Service: If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  4. Refund Policy: Requests for refund will be approved on a case by case basis within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refund issued will be the total cost of the item minus shipping and fees. 
  5. Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation will incur a 5.25% restocking fee. For more information on our cancellation policy, please read our Cancellation Policy below.
  6. No minimum buy, but a $1 handling fee will be charged for any order under $1.
  7. LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE! Select "request an invoice" and send us a message. Pickup is available in the Bellingham, WA area.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Definition of Cancellation : Cancellation refers to the act of rescinding or withdrawing an order that has been placed by the Buyer.
  2. Restocking Fee : A restocking fee of 5.25% of the grand total order value will be charged to the Buyer in the event of a cancellation. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the cancellation and restocking the merchandise. The restocking fee will always be applied and is non-waivable.
  3. Timing of Cancellation : Cancellation requests will not be honored if the status of the order is marked as Packed or Shipped . To be eligible for a refund, the Buyer must request to cancel their order before it reaches this stage.
  4. Requesting to Cancel : The Buyer must request cancellation in writing via the "Send Message" form at the bottom of your Brickowl Order details page. The Buyer must provide their order number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
  5. Refund Process : Upon receipt of the cancellation request, the Seller will process the refund within 48 business hours. The Buyer will receive the refund less the 5.25% restocking fee.
  6. Limitation of Liability : The Buyer acknowledges that the 5.25% restocking fee is a reasonable amount and that the Seller shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the cancellation of the order.

By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
